Replaced the way, commander abilities get disabled Change the cost of the M42 to be more viable Hopefully getting the price corrected for the M39 Added 1 new ability: "Limited Use HD Rounds" for higher-tier Churchills (British) V8.6 is just a quality of life improvement without any major additions. A Panzer IV costs 100 manpower, a Tiger costs 1000 manpower.
